PREMIER ACCOUNTS SALES MANAGER
 We have an immediate opening for a take charge professional person to join a company preparing for significant growth within the hospitality industry.

Typical Duties:
  • Prepare, present, and demonstrate INNSystems PMS product line for sale to the Premier Account Channel with the assistance of Technical Sales Support Representative and/or other designated technical resources (as required).
  • Request scopes of work and/or riser diagrams from Technical Sales Support Representative or other designated technical resources as required for inclusion in Premier Account Sales Proposals.
  • Prepare Premier Account Proposals according to set standards and pricing guidelines and obtain technical sign-off from Technical Sales Support Representative or other designated technical resources prior to presentation to Account.
  • Work a set lead sheet in order to have the INNSystems product line become a preferred product within the Premier Account market.
    Obtain signed/accepted Customer Sales Proposals and required Customer deposits/payments and forward to Sales Administrator or Office Manager for final review, approval, and processing.
  • A strong closer is required.

Qualifications:
  • Two years experience in selling and marketing PMS systems and related products/services -or- an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, standard office equipment, and general business software applications.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well with others and cooperate in a team environment. Willingness to Travel - 50%.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
We have an immediate opening for a hands-on professional who is seeking a ground floor opportunity for professional growth in a company preparing for significant growth.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for all accounting and reporting functions, including tax administration and audit coordination. You will oversee customer billing, payroll, research and development tax credit programs, cost accounting, government relations, and equity investment. You will be involved in the development, implementation and monitoring of internal controls, and assist in the preparations of budgets and corporate financing.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience preferably in a high technology environment that has experienced significant growth. In addition to having a CA/CGA/CMA designation or MBA, you are self motivated and enthusiastic. You have excellent management skills as well as analytical abilities. Computer literacy is required and bilingualism preferred.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR

Ideally you are degreed in a related discipline and have 2-5 years of creative advertising experience. You are computer literate, outgoing, self motivated and can blend effectively into a dynamic and results orientated IT company.
